Returns & Refunds Policy – Nannan

We want you and your pet to be completely happy with your purchase.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Proof of purchase (order ID) is required.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Perishable goods such as pet food or treats (unless damaged on arrival).

  • Customized or personalized products.

Damaged or Wrong Items:

  • If your product is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund as per your preference.

Refund Process:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
